As an avid runner for over 15 years, I have gained both educational and experiential knowledge to suit runners at all levels. My experiences include running over 25 marathons, several half marathons and many other distance races. My marathon times have gone from just under 4 hours to a marathon PR of 2 hours, 59 minutes
through careful research and modifying a plan to work specifically for me.
As of mother of four, I understand and promote a deliberate balance between lifestyle and running goals. As a coach, I work with athletes at all levels to find the right goal for them while also realizing their true running potential.
